How is shipping handled?
All prints are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for each order to process. Artwork is produced, packaged and shipped when processing is complete. Once completed, tracking numbers arrive via email attached to specific order numbers and will arrive 7-15 business days. All shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail. Due to CoVid19, we ask for your patience as we may encounter some unexpected shipping delays.
I PLACED MY ORDER LAST WEEK, WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?
We do our best to get the artwork out as soon as possible. Shipping time is estimated but not guaranteed. Holidays and surplus of orders may have an effect on shipping time. If your tracking number and package says DELIVERED and has been sent to wrong address, please email us at [email protected]
Returns & Damages
Returns, refunds and/or exchanges will only be made on
a case-by-case basis. If you have received damaged merchandise, please contact us within 2 days of receipt at: [email protected].
